Who are we?
LabelPrint.ca is owned and operated by Sticky Business Inc. – a leading manufacturer and supplier of custom labels, decals, stickers, domed labels and decals, embossed foil seals and anniversary seals. Sticky Business has provided exceptional products and service to customers since 1997.

How long have we been in business?
Sticky Business was started in 1997. Since then it has grown into a leading supplier of every imaginable type of label, decal, sticker, domed label and decal, embossed foil seal and embossed anniversary seals.
Do I have to order over the Internet?
No. If you don’t feel comfortable giving your credit card information over the internet, just give us a call us TOLL FREE at 1-866-474-1095 or 250-474-1095 or fax TOLL FREE to 1-888-474-1654 or 250-474-1654 to place your order. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 4:30pm Pacific Time.
What methods of payment do we accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard & AMEX over the telephone and PayPal for online orders. We also accept money orders and company cheques.
What does “secure ordering” mean?
Secure ordering means that you can feel very confident that your valuable information (name, address, telephone number and credit card number) is not being sent to unknown servers or being altered or corrupted. All your ordering information is being encrypted using the strongest encryption techniques and being processed on a secure server.
What does it mean that a site is secure and authenticated?
An authenticated secure site is one that has been through a formal verification process assuring that the organization running the site has the authority to use the name represented by the site. To verify that a site is authenticated, look for an “https” versus “http” in the site’s URL for true secure pages.
Do I need to pay sales tax?
If you are in Canada your order will be subject to any applicable taxes. Taxes are not applied to orders from the USA or abroad.
Do you have a catalog that you can send me?
No, Sticky Business is an online custom label, decal and embossed seal supplier and, as such, does not publish a catalog but rather displays its products on its website. We do have samples that we can send you. The various sample pages throughout this website illustrate a small cross section of the labels, decals, stickers and embossed seals we have produced for our customers.
Can you send me a price list?
Because we are a custom shop we do not have a price list per say. Sample pricing for most of our product lines is listed on the product pricing pages of this website. If you would like us to provide you with an accurate quote for your label, decal or custom seal needs, simply fill out the appropriate Quote Request Form or call us TOLL FREE at 1-866-474-1095 or 250-474-1095 and talk to one of our friendly customer service representatives.
How long does it take to print my labels?
Lead times are highly dependent upon individual order specifications. Custom label, sticker and decals are generally shipped within 10 business days. Anniversary seals and custom embossed seals ship within 12 business days. A Customer Service Representative will be able to tell you how soon to expect your specific order and we will always do our best to meet your deadline.
Can you print fabric labels?
No, we not have the ability to print fabric labels.
Can you produce fridge magnets?
Yes, we can produce VINYL fridge magnets.
How do I pay for my order?
You can place your order for some items using PayPal or by telephone, fax or Email. Once you have received a quote from us, our custom products may be ordered by telephone, fax or Email. For more details on our ordering process and what to expect, check out our How To Place A Label Order Video.
Is it safe to order by credit card on your website?
Yes, your personal and credit card information is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology – the standard of the industry in online security. Please refer to our Security Guarantee.

I am interested in obtaining stickers that have a very unusual shape – can you produce these?
Absolutely! Our unique digital process enables us to produce decals and stickers of any color, shape or size. In addition, our extensive “die” library includes literally thousands of shapes and sizes.
Can I get labels printed in French or Mandarin?
Yes, we create them in French, Spanish, German, Swedish, Dutch, Portuguese and Italian. Just submit the text exactly as you want them to appear on the label. Be sure to include all accent marks.
Can I see a proof of my labels before you print them?
Absolutely! We will send you a proof via Email of the proposed design – NO CHARGE. Press proofs are available but additional charges may apply.
How do you ship your products?
Our normal method of shipping is via Canada Post’s XpressPost service. This service is traceable, economical and is guaranteed to arrive within 5 business days within Canada and the continental United States. Alternate shipping arrangements can be arranged such as FEDEX and UPS.
Do you ship to Timbuktu?
Yes, we will ship anywhere on this planet.
What if I do not like the labels?
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your labels. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please Email us with a note explaining the reason. We will take all steps necessary to fix the problem.
I am a terrible speller. Will you correct my spelling for me?
We would love to correct any English language spelling – but only if you ask!
I already have the digital artwork for my label. What format should I send and how should I send it?
Please refer to our digital art specifications page for acceptable formats and data transfer methods.
Can I send my artwork through the Internet?
Yes, our art department has the ability to receive files via the internet. Simply send it to art@stickybusiness.com.
Do you offer a “Rush Service”?
We will, for an additional charge, produce an order in less than normal production times. Charges vary depending on our current work load, item involved, complexity of art and quantity.
Will I be charged for over/under runs?
Absolutely not! Sticky Business never has over/under runs – you receive the number of labels, decals, stickers or embossed seals you order – usually with a few extra.
What are domed decals?
Domed decals are premium, high quality decals supplemented with a teardrop dome-poured clear polyurethane coating. Check out our Domed Decals product section for more information.
Can my company have their logo placed on a custom embossed foil seal?
Yes, you can supply us with vectored artwork of your logo or we can create a deep embossed foil seal design based on your concept.
Can you print photographs on my custom wine labels?
Of course, we do it all the time. Just send us a high quality scanned image in either TIFF or high resolution JPG format and we’ll make sure it looks great. We recommend 300dpi or better. If you don’t have a scanner, we can scan it for you too!
